Rick & Susan Nashawaty, Co-Founders
Married in 1976, this husband and wife team co-founded Accent in 1985 and have provided the vision for the company for over a quarter of a century. Both played--and continue to play--an instrumental role in what Accent is today: a respected and profitable family-owned business. Rick is currently President/CEO.

Rick "Harry" Nashawaty II, Chief Operating Officer
Harry has been with Accent since 1996. As COO, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Harry's easy-going way makes him the perfect fit for this role, and he thrives on the fact that every day brings new opportunities and experiences. Rick is married and has two kids.

Bob Nashawaty, Chief Compliance Officer, Wedding Specialist, ManagerBob joined the family business in 2006 and brought his deep experience in the hospitality industry to his current position. Brides love working with Bob because of his attention to detail and his general enthusiasm for their wedding days. He's been instrumental in integrating technology and social media with Accent's rich tradition in customer service.

Jeanne Daveron, Nighttime DispatcherJeanne has been with Accent since 2000 and is incredible at keeping things in order and on time. She's an integral part in managing the current grid and preparing the next day's grid and reservations. She believes that we should treat customers the way we ourselves want to be treated--a philosophy she practices every day.
