As a small business owner myself i know first hand that customers are more likely to write an angry letter than a complimentary one, which makes me all the more pleased to write to you today to tell you how happy i was with my service.

The night i used your service was the night i chose to propose to my girlfriend, and a key part of the romantic evening i had planned was the use of a limo to take her to places that had been important for us in our relationship. Getting to each place was important for me because i only had one chance of getting it right, Talk about a high Pressure situation!

Your driver Jim, is a professional of the highest order. Not only did he take the time to meet with me beforehand, but he executed my very complicated requests flawlessly and graciously. This level of attention to detail is rare in any industry, so to find it when it matters most is truly a gift. In addition your office staff was extremely accommodating and your limo was excellent. From beginning to end it was a first class experience in every way.

To top it off, it turns out that Jim was my girlfriend's sisters driver during their wedding- so you could say that your company is becoming a part of our family. Based on our experiences so far, it's a truly welcome addition.

I used your services for roundtrip transportation from our home to Logan. When Gerry picked us up at Logan, I forgot my portfolio/notebook in one of the pull carts. After numerous phone calls between Maureen, Gerry & myself Gerry agreed to "track down" my portfolio/notebook, which was in the possession of another transportation professional at a different terminal. Gerry contacted this person directly by cell phone and arranged the pick-up. I am truly grateful that both of you were committed to returning my portfolio/notebook to me, as it contained some of our more important personal information. I would like to thank you for your generous donation to the Milford School system to help with the PTO raffle. We had eight winners at the raffle. These children thoroughly enjoyed their limo ride around Milford before getting dropped off at school.
