Airport Rates: SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH OUT NOTICE PLEASE CONFIRM RATES BEFORE BOOKING NOTICE: All Limousine & Town Cars are restricted to TEN minutes at the terminal to meet and load passengers. What this means to you: Call 1-800-696-5466 after you have retrieved your luggage and are ready to meet your car. If you have no checked luggage and you intend to "Walk Off" the plane, please call us once you have disembarked from the plane and not when the Plane Lands. Massports new procedure is as follows. All Limo/Livery vehicles must remain at the Limo Pool until 10 minutes AFTER their flight has posted "Arrived" OR until their customer is ready for pick-up. When approaching the Terminal drivers will show their Mass Port Pass to the Ground Transportation Agents who will mark the ticket to expire in 10 minutes. At that point the driver will have 10 minutes to make their pick-up and leave the terminal. If after 10 minutes the driver is still at the terminal and has not made a pick-up the Agent will take our ticket and make us leave the terminal to go back to the Limo Pool to Purchase a new ticket. In addition the Agent will issue a Fine for being there longer than 10 minutes without making a pick-up. If we receive 10 violations in a 12 month period we will be fined $500. We apologize for this inconvenience to you and hope that Massport sees and hears our complaints about this to remove this procedure. We must adhere to Massports new policy for fear of Violations and Fines
