Accent Limousine Policies

Waiting Policies

Departures or Point to Point Service

All Scheduled Pick-ups are subject to a wait fee starting 15 minutes after scheduled time and will be charged in 30 minute intervals always rounded up. After 45 minutes of waiting and no contact to our office is made and our driver can not make contact with you, Accent will release the driver and you will be billed for the full fare plus wait time. Please call our office to inform us if you will be longer than expected. Accent Limousine is not responsible for you making your flight or meeting on time if you meet the driver after the scheduled pick-up time.

Arrivals

Domestic arrivals are given a 45 hour grace period for you to meet the driver. Failure to meet the driver after 1 hour will result in the driver leaving the terminal and the customer will be billed for the full cost. International arrivals are given a 1 hour and 15 min grace period to clear customs and meet the driver. Failure to meet the driver after 1 hour and 30 minutes will result in the driver leaving the terminal and the customer will be billed for the full cost.

Cancellation Policies

Airport Departures or Point to Point Service

Accent Limousine accepts reservations based upon availability for any given day, if a customers plans change last minute and the customer is unable to keep their scheduled pick up-time we will try to accommodate the change in time if possible if not the customer will have to keep the closest time possible for Accent Limousine or cancel their reservation.  Any Reservation canceled with in a 3 hour period of the customers scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Fare & Driver Gratuity. Only exceptions will be due to Extreme Weather conditions resulting in Flight Cancellations.

Airport Arrivals

Accent Limousine accepts reservations based upon availability for any given day, if a customers plans change last minute and the customer is unable to keep their scheduled pick up-time we will try to accommodate the change in time if possible if not the customer will have to keep the closest time possible for Accent Limousine or cancel their reservation. Any Reservation canceled with in a 3 hour period of your estimated flight arrival will be subject to a full charge for the quoted Base price including Base Fare, Driver Gratuity & Tolls if they apply. Only exceptions will be due to Extreme Weather conditions resulting in Flight Cancellations.  

FLIGHT CHANGES

Customers who miss their scheduled plane and flight # given to Accent Limousine are responsible for paying for the wait time from the time their plane was due to arrive until their new flight arrives and the customer meets the driver if Accent has the availability to meet your later flight #. If the flight is due to arrive at a given time and your next flight will be several hours later the customer will be charged for the first scheduled reservation and then charged for a separate reservation for the later flight is the customer wishes to use Accent Limousine several hours later based upon Accent's availability. It is not Accent Limousines responsibility to serve your needs if you miss or change your flight from your departing city. NO SHOW FEE  will be charged if you do not meet the driver after the grace period or leave the terminal and take alternate transportation without notifying Accent Limousine first at 1-800-696-LIMO

Night's Out, Day's Out, Proms, Weddings

A credit card is taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation and vehicle for the night. You are told there is a $100 cancellation policy that is effective from the end of the booking business day. After that point $100 will be charged to your credit card when you cancel. Cancellations with in 7 days of Your Reservation will be charged the Full Hourly Minimum or Full Quoted Package Price you were told at booking. If Accent Limousine is able to rebook your held vehicle for the day / night of your scheduled reservation. We will credit back your charged amount minus $100 for the cancellation fee.
